Savoy Cabbage
(Brassica oleracea ) Cabbage was popular with the Ancient Greeks and Romans and is one of the first vegetables to be grown in gardens in the Mediterranean region. A selection of the Wild Mustard plant, cabbage heads are actually tightly held leaves. Savoy is a variety prized for its mild flavor when compared to green cabbage. Savoy leaves are crinkled and have a crunchy texture. Most/full sun. 12-18 inches. 50+ seeds

Chinese Cabbage has been grown in China for thousands of years and is used for its sweet, mild, crispy leaves that give so much flavor and texture to many Asian dishes.
