(Zea mays) A favorite sweet corn variety developed as a hybrid in the 1960s, Silver Queen is an F1 hybrid. Vigorous plants produce 8-9 inch ears with 14-16 rows in late summer. Flavor is classic sweet corn and a favorite old-fashioned classic.
